Responsibilities: Agent Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents while nurturing existing relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction with RIA services.

Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales process from prospecting and cold calling to conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Agent Onboarding: Register potential clients (agents) in the AOB application, manage the agent contract sign-up process, and ensure all mandatory regulatory documents are collected and submitted promptly.

Training and Support: Conduct essential training sessions for agents to familiarize them with RIA applications, transaction processes, and internal procedures within a week of agent registration.

Marketing Collaboration: Ensure agents are appropriately equipped with marketing materials (, "Basic Dress" provided by Marketing) to enhance the visibility and business potential of RIA services at the point of sale.

Day-to-Day Operations: Provide ongoing support to agents, ensuring service excellence and acting decisively to increase transaction volumes and market presence.

Respond promptly to inquiries from thepany and agents, and provide regular andprehensive reports to the Sales Manager detailing progress, challenges, and strategies.

Performance Evaluation: Draft weekly reports outlining achievements and progress against set targets, attending sales meetings to contribute insights and strategies for business growth.

Please note that this position requires you to be 80% in the field.

Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the financial services or related industry.

Strong interpersonal andmunication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence potential and existing agents.

Demonstrated ability to manage a sales process from lead generation to closure, including negotiating and closing agreements.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation related to financial services is advantageous.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.

Fluent in Hungarian and proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus).
