Main responsibilities

• Manage the monthly financial closing process for the KDN Function
• Review and ensure accuracy of income statements, balance sheets, and related items
• Support the business in preparing monthly accruals
• Work with finance teams and service providers to ensure compliance with accounting policies and correct financial coding
• Assist with financial analysis and inputs for consolidation
• Review cost allocations to ensure they match service agreements
• Help improve finance systems and reporting tools
• Assist in preparing financial statements and documents for audits
• Participate in internal and external audits for KDN entities
• Support indirect and direct tax teams with information for corporate direct/indirect tax filing
• Make sure invoice and purchase order processes follow company policies
• Check invoice coding and approve payments
• Provide or review financial info for project managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accoungint or business
• 3-4 years of financial and management accounting experience
• Understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
• Fluency in English, written and verbal
• Advanced Excel skills
• Finance and accounting major or certified accountant candidate is an advantage
• Self-motivated and proven ability to manage to deadlines
• Committed to delivering results with the ability to work with minimal direction
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
• Manages conflicting demands and priorities
• Understanding the businesses current needs and future aspirations
• Identifies lessons learned from challenging incidents
• Actively gathers knowledge, learns from experience, and learns from others
