Responsibilities/Accountability: Work with Business Development in proposing proactive customer engagements outside of customer buying processes. Work collaboratively with customers to ascertain buying criteria and analyse business strategies translating them into architectures and designs. Analyse and breakdown customer RFP and RFI’s Be a Key member of bid team for each customer opportunity working in close partnership with the Business development lead, the Bid Manager and the pricing Consultant Own the overall Solution, ensuring that customer requirements are met or exceeded. Provide innovation to differentiate Getronics solution from competitors. Lead customer workshops to collaboratively build solutions with the client. Author solution documents and contribute to Bid responses. Be a key contributor to costs and occasionally own the financial model Lead internal Solution workshops with Pricing, Bid Management, Service Delivery and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that the best solution architecture is adopted. Support the development of new portfolio offerings and propositions. Required Skills: Broad and Comprehensive Technical Understanding of: Cloud Platforms (Private & Public) (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Azure) End User Computing Messaging & Collaboration VOIP/Unified Comms Office 365 (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot) Virtualisation Citrix / VDI Switching, Routing and Firewalls Security Services knowledge Broad and Comprehensive Service Understanding of: Field Services & break-fix Deskside Support Spares & Logistics Service Desk SAM Infrastructure and Network Support Full ITIL framework SIAM Other areas of significant importance: Prince 2 methodology CMMI maturity modeling Experience of presenting detailed Business cases at board level Good market knowledge within business sectors including competitor offerings Proven experience of working on deals of £1m – £20m+ TCV Demonstrable experience of Solutioning multi-national deals Excellent presentation skills with advanced understanding of PowerPoint, Word and Excel Financial fluency which includes working with P&L,TCO, ROI, cost analysis, and financial statements Commercial knowledge – contractual & TUPE awareness. Experienced in editing and creating service schedules Experience of working on multiple customer engagements Good market knowledge within business sectors including competitor offerings Demonstrate and develop innovative solutions including Transformation Qualification/Certification requirements: ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certificate (essential), Manager Certificate (desired) SIAM, CMMI and ISO20000 (desired) Relevant Technical qualifications Personal Qualities: Excellent English both written and verbal A team player that thrives on supporting the wider Client Solutions team Focussed, results-oriented, flexible individual with a “can-do” attitude and a creative flair for proposing innovation. Well-developed communication and influencing skills at a senior level Have excellent time management Be a self-starter and self-managing individual. Able to perform under pressure and tight timelines. Able to deal with many tasks concurrently. Able to prioritise effectively Willingness to accept responsibility and stand behind decisions taken and agreements made. Ability to handle stressful situations and discussions while still clearly communicating ideas and concepts.
