Asstr A invites you to work within an ambitious team! Now we are looking for a Office Manager in our office in Budapest! Main responsibilities: Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers; Organising meetings and managing databases; Booking transport and accommodation for employees’ business trips; Organising company events or conferences; Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels; Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries; Preparing letters, presentations and reports; Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff; Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients; Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems; Organising office space for new employees; Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date; Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations; Requirements: Excellent knowledge of Hungarian and English languages is a must; Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience will be an asset; Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures; Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work; Attention to detail and problem solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and planning skills; Proficient in MS Office.
